At GYMEDARI, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. Due to the nature of sports nutrition products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or purchased by mistake.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds or replacements will only be provided if:

The product received is damaged during transit.

The product packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers must record a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
The video must clearly show:

The shipping label on the package.

The sealed package before opening.
-
The complete unboxing process without cuts or edits.

The damaged product and packaging.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Reporting Damaged Products
Any damaged product claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with:

Clear photos of the damaged product

Complete unboxing video
Refund Process
Once the claim is verified by our team, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
GYMEDARI reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above requirements.
